Attorney Kerilyn Micale of Central Square, NY; ethical troll

The Law State of New York provided Kerilyn Elizabeth Micale with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Kerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Plead guilty in Onondaga County Court of falsifying business records in the second degree
• Originally charged with submitting false payment claim vouchers to the Onondaga County Assigned Counsel Program
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Kerry by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kerry fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.kemicalelaw.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Kerry practices her so-called brand of law at 120 East Washington Street in Central Square, New York.
