The Law State of New York provided Brian Joseph Kellogg with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Syracuse University of School of Law.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter

  • professional relationship
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
