Attorney Patrick Edwards of Arlington, VA; ethical elf

The state of Virginia presented Patrick Lynn Edwards with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.  

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement memorializing a 35% contingent fee
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Patty practices so-called brand of law at 2111 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, Virginia.
