Attorney Louis Simoni of Mt. Ephraim, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Louis Anthony Simoni with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Louie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a variety of recordkeeping violations
• Misconduct discovered solely because of the Trust Overdraft Notification Program

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.        

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Louie practices his so-called brand of law with the Simoni Law Office at 121 North Black Horse Pike in Mount Ephraim, New Jersey.
