Attorney Brian Miranda of Westfield, NJ; dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Michael J. Maloney with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved a commission dispute on a real estate closing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.       

As we speak (ca. July2023), Brian practices his so-called brand of law at 436 South Avenue West in Westfield, New Jersey.
