Attorney Virginia Bond of Caldwell, ID: ethical goblin

The state of Idaho presented Virginia A. Bond with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Virginia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Assisted client in violating court preliminary injunction prohibiting transfer of any property without consent of the other party or a prior court order
• In violation of the court injunction, Virginia prepared a quitclaim deed transferring the husband’s joint interest in the marital residence to her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Virginia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Virginia practices her so-called brand of law with the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office at 1115 Albany Street in Caldwell, Idaho.
