The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as the Chief Judge of the State Court of Henry County.

• Failed to be truthful with ethics investigators
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Davey!)

Because Davey announced his retirement for some undisclosed personal reasons in April 2021, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission announced they weren’t going to take any action against Davey.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), it is rumored that Tony has an application pending for a job as a janitor at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 135 Willow Lane in McDonough, Georgia.
