Attorney Leonard Singer of Totowa, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Leonard Singer with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Lennie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to comply with the recordkeeping requirements
• Failed to safeguard client or third-party funds in his possession

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Lennie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.       

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Lennie practices his so-called brand of law with Zazella & Singer at 195 Route 46 West in Totowa, New Jersey.
