Attorney Peter Cook of Glendale, CA; ethical elf

 

The state of California provided Peter Cook with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

 

The State Bar Court found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which relates to a prior instance of misconduct that led to him receiving a complimentary term of probation.

  • Committed multiple acts of misconduct
  • Exhibited indifference to comply with prior probation conditions
  • Failed to appreciate the significance of his misconduct
  • Failed to timely schedule initial meeting with his assigned probation officer
  • Failed to send a timely accounting to a former client as ordered (Up yours, said Pete!)
  • Failed to file a final written report with the Office of Probation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary

 

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Pete practices his so-called brand of law at 655 North Central Avenue in Glendale, California.
