Attorney Michael Maloney of Neptune Township, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Michael J. Maloney with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required financial records
• Failed to supervise nonlawyer staff member

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.      

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law at 3455 State Route 66 175 in Neptune Township, New Jersey.
