Attorney Richard Cummins of Grand Blanc, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan presented Richard Francis Cummins with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the Illinois College of Law.  

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #3 found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of the state of Michigan

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $776.79.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Zach practices his so-called brand of law at 11203 Stonybrook Drive in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
