Attorney Deborah Foreman of Littleton, CO; repeat offender

The state of Colorado State provided Deborah Foreman with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

FYI: This wasn’t Debbie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Colorado State Bar found Debbie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly entered into a prohibited transaction with her client
  • Engaged in negligent conduct in determining whether the representation of a client may be materially affected by her own interests, or whether the representation will adversely affect another client, and causes injury or potential injury to a client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary 2-month suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs of $655.47.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Debbie practices her so-called brand of with Foreman Law at 402 West Littleton Blvd in Littleton, Colorado.
