Attorney Scott McFall of Olathe, KS; slacker, loser

The state of Kansas presented Scott Michael McFall with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Scotty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engage in conduct that Scotty should know is harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Scotty practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Scott McFall LLC at 104 East Poplar in Olathe, Kansas.
