Attorney Kevin Brady of Anchorage, AK; ethical gremlin

The state of Alaska provided Kevin G. Brady with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Alaska School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely file notice of appeal
  • Failed to respond to opposing party’s motion to dismiss appeal for failure to timely file
  • Failed to timely file required notice of settlement
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Court sanction of $250 for failure to timely file notice of appeal
  • Court also ordered Kevin to pay opposing parties attorney fees regarding appellate neglect

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $3,000.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Ward practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Kevin G Brady at3939 Turnagain Blvd East in Anchorage, Alaska.
