Attorney Lisa Bollinger of Nashua, NH; imbecilic slacker

The state of New Hampshire presented Lisa U. Bollinger with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Lisa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Pursued or defended a proceeding, or asserted or controverted an issue therein, when there was no basis in law and fact for doing so that was not frivolous
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to properly analyze the governing law on notice and termination of parental rights in a stepparent adoption

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Lisa by gifting her with complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lisa and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.theblacklawgroup.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that they would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Lisa practices her so-called brand of law with the Black Law Group at 61 Spit Brook Road in Nashua, New Hampshire.
