Attorney Christopher Lamonica of Brick, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Moishie M. Klein with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to finalize a stock transfer for approximately two years after a decedent’s death in an estate matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep his client apprised of the status of the matter
• Failed to communicate with his client for sixteen months

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.      

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Charis practices his so-called brand of law at 44 Princeton Avenue in Brick, New Jersey.
