Attorney Jeffrey Mason of Goodland, KS; idiotic slacker

The state of Kansas presented Jeffrey A. Mason with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Jeff’s misconduct was serious in its nature
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Knowingly failed to perform services for his client
• Conduct caused injury or potential injury to a client
• Knowingly deceived his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law with the Mason Law Office LLC in Goodland, Kansas.
