Former Judge Liliana Silebi of North Bergen, NJ; perjurying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Liliana Silebi with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. Liliana also received a license to practice in New York in 1993.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Dawn guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while Liliana was the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division, Bergen Vicinage.  

• Made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
• Offered evidence she knew to be false
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made a false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Liliana!)
• Misused her judicial office to advance the private interests of a litigant
• Proffered false statements, under oath (perjury), to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC)
• Submitted altered telephone records to the ACJC in an attempt to bolster her false statements

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the New Jersey Supreme Court ordered that Liliana be removed from the bench and permanently barred her from ever again holding judicial office in New Jersey.

FYI: Because Judicial Misfits in New Jersey are held a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Liliana was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), it is rumored that Liliana has an application pending as greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 2100 88^th Street in North Bergen, New Jersey.
