Attorney Moishie Klein of Lakewood, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented Moishie M. Klein with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law. Moishie also received a license to practice in New York in 2002.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Moishie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an improper business transaction with a client
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while ineligible to do so
• Engaged in the use of an improper professional
• Made a false or misleading communications about the lawyer or his legal services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Moishie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.     

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Moishe practices his so-called brand of law at 40 Airport Road in Lakewood, New Jersey.
