Attorney Michael Purvin of North Bergen, NJ; ethical dwarf     

The state of New Jersey presented Michael A. Purvin with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mikey also received a license to practice in the District of Columbia in 1992.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in various recordkeeping violations
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.       

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law as the Municipal Prosecutor in the Boroughs of Little Ferry and Bergenfield in West New York, New Jersey.
