Attorney William Price II of Columbus, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented William Evan Price II with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact to a tribunal (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• At a status conference, Billy falsely told the court he could no longer reach his clients, despite having communicated with 2 weeks prior to the status conference

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
