Attorney Joseph Sanchez of McMinnville, OR; slacker

The state of Oregon provided Joseph Raymond Sanchez with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Joey practices his so-called brand of law in McMinnville, Oregon.
