Attorney Ronald Carlin of Freehold, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Ronald H. Carlin with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to promptly pay funds owing to a third party

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Ronnie fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.divorcelawnj.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Ronnie practices his so-called brand of law with LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Crupi LLC at 252 South Street in Freehold, New Jersey.
