Attorney Alan Frankle of Rockville, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Alan Benjamin Frankle with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Alan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Failed to appreciate that a 2018 will, if probated, would have revoked the 2015 will and failed to appropriately advise the client regarding the 2018 will

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,bas one would suspect, Alan fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website www.franklelawfirm.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Alan practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Alan B. Frankle at 751 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Maryland.
