Attorney Mark McLeod of Portland, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Mark Thomas McLeod with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly contacted opposing party when he knew said person was represented by counsel
  • Caused potential harm to client due to Mark’s conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law with McLeod & McLeod Attorneys at 1318 SW 12th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
