The state of California provided Steve Sungsoo Chang with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Lolyola University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to comply with probation conditions involving prior discipline
• Failed to keep his client reasonably informed of significant developments
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Stevie!)
• Victim of misconduct was quite vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $4,317.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law with Chang & Lim at 3600 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
