Former Judge Jason Harwood of Logan, WV; mysogonistic loser

The state of West Virginia provided Jason Douglas Harwood with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commissionhas found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a 9^th Family Circuit Court judge.

• Improperly provided legal advice
• Abused the prestige of his judicial office to advance his personal interests or that of another
• Jason developed an unfavorable reputation in his work environment  concerning his attitude toward women as sex objects
• Repeatedly used language of a sexual nature
• Jason’s made crude utterances about a women's physical appearance
• Jason’s attitude toward women was more like that of an adolescent's notions of women as sex
• objects than that of a responsible circuit judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As one would suspect, Jason did what most cowardly Judicial Misfits in West Virginia do under the circumstances, he resigned his judicial office and promised to never again seek a judgeship in the future.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Michele fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website atwww.harwoodlegal.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.
