Barrister Niall Skinner of London, UK; ethical gremlin

The Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn provided Niall Fraser Skinner with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Niall guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession
  • Conducted himself in manner that could reasonably be seen by the public to undermine his integrity
  • Was drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely a Hotel in Warwick
  • Received a complimentary police caution for his drunkenness and disorderly conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary fine of  £2,500.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Tony practices at 379 Hendon Way in London, United Kingdom.
