Former Judge Raffaele Barberio of Australia; convicted bully

The Law Society provided Raffaele Barberio with a law license after he graduated from the University of Sydney School of Law.

The ACT Judicial Council found Sara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested and charged with various criminal offenses
• Pled guilty to criminal damage
• Pled guilty to assault
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• While walking his German shepherd in Brighton one Wednesday morning, Barberio saw red when neighbor Geoffrey Durham insisted he clean up after the dog
• After he pulled over in his prestige car and told his neighbor he would phone the council, Barberio confronted Durham and tried to punch him through the car window
• Durham blocked the attack with his arm, which Barberio grabbed
• Durham's wife, Selena, phoned 000 while Barberio picked up his dog's feces in a plastic bag and threatened to throw it at the two, asking: ''Do you want it?''
• When police arrived, the 24-year veteran of the bench flashed his magistrates' identification card and refused to answer their questions (Screw you, said Raffaele!)
• When criminal charges were later dropped after he was initially told they would not be, Raffaele took a key to both sides of the Durhams' Range Rover, causing more than $9000 damage

As a direct consequence of his criminal convictions, Raffaele did what most cowards would do when facing discipline resulting in his removal, he resigned.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), it is rumored that Raffaele has applied for a job as a bathroom attendant at the K-Mart Store at 620 Victoria Street in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.
