Attorney Calvin Taylor, Jr. of Philadelphia; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Calvin Taylor, Jr. with a law license in 1987.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Calvin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his honest and trustworthiness
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Failed to notify trial courts that his law license had been suspended as required.
  4. Repeatedly practice law without a license
  5. Engage in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty and/or misrepresentation
  6. Repeatedly failed to legal matters to permit clients to make informed decisions
  7. Engaged in willful violations of the Attorney Disciplinary Rules
  8. Failed to notify clients his license was suspended as required
  9. Failed to file a sworn statement to ODC that he had notified all clients and courts that his law license was suspended as required
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Christopher by gifting him with a 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2012) Christopher practices law with Taylor-Owens PC at 1608 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
