Former Judge Kenneth Radzibon of Rogers City, MI; lying loser

The state of Michigan provided Kenneth A. Radzibon with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Marquette University School of Law.

The Judicial Tenure Commission found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Clients paid Kenny $3,000 for a retainer to be paid to secure the expert testimony of a builder
  • On several occasions, Kenny falsely advised his clients that he had hired a builder as an expert witness to testify on behalf of his clients
  • Kenny also falsely advised his clients that the builder had examined their home, which was the subject of the legal controversy
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kenny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension from the bench without pay.

As we speak (ca. April  2023), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law as the Presque Isle Prosecuting Attorney at 151 East Huron Avenue in Rogers City, Michigan.
