Attorney Dale Jensen of Staunton, VA; ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Dale Reese Staunton with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny Dale of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to make sure he made reasonable efforts to ensure that his firm had in effect measures to assure that person’s under his control acted in accordance with his professional obligations
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Charged and/or collected unreasonable fee
• Failed to properly supervise underlings and/or office staff
• Failed to maintain all required records of client funds coming into his possession
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Dale practices his so-called brand of law at 606 Bull Run Road in Staunton, Virginia.
