Attorney Narinder Kang of British Columbia, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presentedNarinder Kang with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of British Columbia found Narinder guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Swore an affidavit filed at the Supreme Court of British Columbia Registry, which you knew or ought to have known contained false or misleading statements
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Narinder was alleged to have forcefully grabbed his partner by the arms and legs and striking her in the back of the head two or three times
• Narinder’s conduct was characterized as intimate partner violence.

As a direct result of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Narinder by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $1,000.00.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in British Columbia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Narinder was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Narinder practices his so-called brand of law with Kang and Company at 12885 80^th Avenue in Surrey, British Columbia.
