Attorney Hana Renna of Elmira, NY; ignoramus, slacker

The State of New York provided Hanna Mary Renna with a law license in 2020 after she graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law.

The 5^th Department Disciplinary Board found Hana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Prior to deposition of minor witness involving Hanna’s criminal client, she used a photograph of a different person than who was identified by the witness when questioning the witness about identification
• Hanna then relied in part on witness identification made during the deposition to file a motion to suppress
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or ded so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Hanna by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Hanna practices her so-called brand of  the law with the Chemung County District Attorneys Office at 226 Lake Street in Elmira, New York.
