Attorney Dennis Adams of Hamilton, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Dennis Lee Adams with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

FYI: Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Denny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Neglected client legal matter
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Misappropriated (stole) client settlement funds
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly inform his client of any decision or circumstance to which the client’s informed consent was required
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver to his client all funds to which the client was lawfully entitled
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Denny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Denny practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Dennis L. Adams LLC at 246 High Street in Hamilton, Ohio.
