Attorney Charles Daley Jr. of Waretown, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Charles Canning Daley Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun without proper permit
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Charlie possessed a concealed, .22 caliber handgun loaded with hollow point bullets as he entered the Ocean County Courthouse, where he was scheduled to appear before a New Jersey Superior Court Judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Dominic practices his so-called brand of law in Waretown, New Jersey.
