Attorney David Saenz of Pharr, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas provided David Saenz with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

FYI: Texas Southern is ranked as the 181st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 12 Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with a client
  • Permitted the conduct of a non-lawyer to violate disciplinary rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed two-year suspension and ordered him to pay $1,500.00 in investigative costs.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davey.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 846 West Nolana in Pharr, Texas.
