Judge Debra Nance of Southfield, MI; lying loser

The state of Michigan provided Debra Nance with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Marquette University School of Law.

The Judicial Tenure Commission found Debbie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made false statements on at least two occasions
• Debbie falsely testified (aka, perjury) that fellow judge Demetria Brue did not say she was in fear for her life after being assaulted, nor did she say the owner had assaulted a Black woman or a Black judge
• Debbie testified at least nine separate times in July 2020 that police did not give her and Judge Brue the chance to speak with them, despite their efforts, and that they were treated poorly by the owner and police because they were Black
• Judge Brue and Debbie spoke with police for more than 10 minutes after the police arrived at the bike shop in question

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Debbie by the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in Michigan are held to a much lower standard of conduct, Debbie has never been charged with perjury for testifying falsely.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Debbie continues to dispense her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a 46^th District Court Judge in Southfield, Michigan.
