Attorney Kevin Myles of Portland, OR; scamming loser

The state of Oregon provided Kevin M. Myles with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Made a misrepresentation to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Kevin executed and submitted as a potential exhibit an affidavit stating that he had personal
  • knowledge of the physician’s reputation for untruthfulness regarding client’s worker’s compensation claim
  • In fact, Kevin did not have information supporting his representation concerning the physician’s
  • reputation for untruthfulness

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Dave practices his so-called brand of law with Myles & Myles at 232 S.W. Lane Street in Portland, Oregon.
