Attorney Steven Lever of White Plains, NY; convicted pervert

The state of New York presented Steven Jon Lever with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

The Appellate Division, First Department Disciplinary Committee found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal conduct that adversely reflected on his honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer
• Pled guilty to the crime of attempted criminal sex act in the third degree
• Engaged in sexually explicit conversations over an Internet chat room with an undercover police officer posing as a 13-year-old girl, followed by his attempted meeting with the presumed minor for purposes of sexual contact

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Disciplinary Committee punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law at 222 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, New York.
