Attorney Mason Herring of Houston, TX; alleged wife abuser

The state of Texas provided Mason Herring with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from South Texas University of Oklahoma School of Law.

  • Arrested on felony charges of assault of a pregnant person
  • Criminally charged with assault-forced induction
  • Mason allegedly spiked his wife’s drinks with an abortion drug
  • Mason’s wife said he was involved with another woman
  • When the wife told Mason she was pregnant he told her it “would ruin his plans and make him look like a jerk”
  • The wife said Mason kept telling her to drink more water, which led to her becoming very ill and cause her to go to the emergency room
  • The wife said Mason brought her drinks several more times that appeared to have unknown substances in them, but she did not drink them

Mason has been releaed on a $30,000 bond while he awaits trial.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Mason cops a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll likely be or should be incaracerated at the Monfort Unit prison in Lubbock. Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Mason be imprisoned in Cell No. 114 where he’ll be bunked up with Clarice (real name Clarence), rumored to be on the friendliest guys in the joint.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Mason practices his so-called brand of law with the Herring Law Firm at 2000 West Loop Street in Houston, Texas.
