Attorney Mary Pilla of Novelty, OH; imbecilic loser

The state of Ohio presented Mary Lee Pilla with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Mary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Improperly received assets from the Ritter Trust and the title to a Subaru Legacy
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to repay loan of $31,017.15 to Ritter Trust upon death of Mr. Ritter

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mary by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
