Attorney Jack VanBibber of Marion, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Jack Herchel VanBibber with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.

FYI: The University of Dayton School of Law is ranked as the 171^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to withdraw earned fees from his office trust account as earned rather than as Jackie deemed, he needed said funds
• Knowingly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jackie!)
• Refused to take chemical test for alcohol or any controlled substance or metabolite after being transported to a local hospital after he was involved in an auto accident and suspected of driving under the influence
• Charged with failure to control, first-degree misdemeanor
• Pled guilty to reckless operation, a fourth-degree misdemeanor in the Xenia Municipal Court
• Despite having his license suspended, Jackie continued to operate a motor vehicle
• Ohio State Trooper Nikki Snead stopped Jackie in Orange Township after she observed him drive six lanes to the right and swerve four lanes to the left
• Trooper Snead found marijuana in the trunk of Jackie’s car
• Jackie was charged with one count of possession of marijuana in the Delaware Municipal Court
• Bellefontaine Officer Andy Loehr observed Jackie speeding at 39-mph in a 25-mph zone and activated his emergency lights, however, Jackie did not stop
• During the pursuit, Officer Loehr reach speeds of 60 mph in residential areas, however, he did not gain on Jackie despite the presence of a stop sign along the route
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal (Up yours, said Jackie!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jackie by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
