Attorney Peter Kutrubes of Bedford, NH; idiot, serial offender

The state of California presented Peter Leo Kutrubes Matthew with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Golden State University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Pete’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to keep Infante informed of significant developments in his case
• Failed to file divorce Petition on client’s behalf
• Failed  to complete Infante’s dissolution matter,
• Intentionally, recklessly, or repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence (idiot)
• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reproval and assessed investigative costs of $4,000.00.

Pete’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to properly maintain entrusted client funds
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reproval and assessed investigative costs of $3,215.00.

Pete’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Intentionally, recklessly, or repeatedly failed to perform with competence (moron)
• Failed to obey a court order on at least thirteen (13) occasions (Up yours, said Pete!)
• Failed to maintain respect to the court on five (5) or more occasions
• Failed to keep client informed of significants developments in his case
• Failed to inform his client of four (4) show cause hearings
• Failed to advise his client of the dismissal of his case
• Failed to report judicial sanctions to State Bar Court as required
• Maintained an unjust (aka, BS) action

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $25,152.65.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Pete practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Peter L. Kutrubes at 15 Constitution Drive in Bedford, New Hampshire.
