Attorney Valorie Davenport of Houston; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Texas presented Valorie Wells Davenport with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from University of Houston Law School.
 
The State Bar Assn found Valorie guilty of the following misconduct based on a complaint it received from the 298th District Court of Dallas County.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
  2. Failed to completely carry out obligations owed to a client
  3. Failed to communicate with clients
  4. Failed to withdraw when a conflict of interest arose with a client
  5. Failed to withdraw from several client representations when she became ill
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting her with a complimentary fully probated suspension. This means the comics on the Court didn’t provide any real punishment to Valorie.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Valorie practices with the Davenport Legal Group at 1210 West Clay Street in Houston, Texas.
