Attorney Edward Chavez of Los Angeles, CA; moronic loser

The state of California presented Edward Mark Chavez with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Michigan School of law.

The State Bar Court found Chad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Eddie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for his failure to pay mandatory legal registration fees.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to inform client of significant case developments
• Failed on two accounts to obey court orders (Screw you, said Eddie!)
• Failed to appear at court-ordered case management conference
• Failed to appear at jury trial on client’s behalf
• Committed multiple acts of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 15-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 4601 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
