Is Judge Richard McQuade ethically moribund or just a plain ol’ crook?
Several years ago, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer appointed Judge Richard McQuade to preside over a case involving lawyers suing for attorney fees.
This ca
 se involved three lawyers from the same firm (only had three lawyers) suing to collect pro  se (they represented themselves and each other) attorney fees.
Subsequently a trial was held before Judge Richard McQuade in regards to the claim for pro se attorney fees. It was obvious at the outset that Judge Richard McQuade was a bigot, misogynist, moron, ethically insolvent and more importantly a plain ol’ crook.
After the so-called trial which was conduct pursuant to the Australian Rules of Court, Judge Richard McQuade awarded over $100,000 in pro se attorney fees to these three so-called attorneys.
Judge Richard McQuade (aka, certified thief) awarded these sham and fabricated claims for attorney f
 ees even though he was provided with documentary evidence proving the claims were patently false. However, if you're a well-recognized thief like Judge Richard McQuade, then this type of felonious fraud is acceptable.
Signed court orders by the prior judge (Judge Donald DeCessna) in the case proved that the attorney was not present at several hearings were in the court file and available to Judge Richard McQuade . Judge DeCessna had a habit of naming every person present or not present at hearings he held. Despite having copies of Judge DeCessna’s orders before him proving the attorney was not present, Judge Richard McQuade stated on the record in awarding these fabricated fees “I find that the claims were both necessary and reasonable.”
Now folks, only a certified and celebrated moron, ethical leper-con and inveterate thief like Judge Richard McQuade would make such an asinine statement, right?
Irrefutable evidence was provided to Judge Richard McQuade that at least 85% of the claims for pro se fees by these so-called attorneys were total fabrications. In the face of this unimpeachable evidence, Judge Richard McQuade awarded these dishonest lawyers over $100,000 in pro se attorney fees.
One must wonder what percentage of this $110,000 Judge Richard McQuade received as a bribe for the valuable services he rendered to these fellow crooks. It would be difficult to imagine that Judge Richard McQuade made this award without demanding a cut, right?
