Attorney Shena Mason of Leesburg, VA; slacker, loser

The State of Virginia provided Shena Dixon Mason with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Shena guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients
• Disclosed confidential client information ‘
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with candor when dealing with a tribunal (Up yours, said Shena!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Shena by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Shena practices her so-called brand of law with Shena Dixon Mason PLLC at 1141 Keokuk Terrace NE in Leesburg, Virginia.
