Judge Sally Jackson of Martinsburg, WV; ethical troll

The state of West Virginia provided Sally Gavin Jackson with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commissionhas found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sally posted a story on Facebook about Wisconsin pharmacist Steven Brandenburg being arrested for destroying multiple doses of the COVID-19 vaccine
• Sally also made negative comments pertaining to the actions of the pharmacist
• Judicial Commission remined Sally it wasn’t the first time she had been asked to take Facebook posts down because they violated the Judicial Code of Conduct and if it happened again they would have no choice but to open an ethics complaint against her
• Despite being warned by the Judicial Commission, Sally repeatedly posted stories and/or inappropriate comments abouthe Jan 6 insurrection on the Capitol
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Engaged in conduct that failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
• Abused the prestige of his judicial office to advance his personal interests
• Improperly made statements on pending and impending cases
• Engaged in activities that would appear to a reasonable person to undermine Sally’s independence, integrity or impartiality

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Sally by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Sally practices her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Judge of the 24^th Family Court Circuit in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
