Attorney Sarah Hoffman of North Richland Hills, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas provided Sarah Gwynne Hoffman with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.

The District 14 Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matters
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sarah!)
• Failed to provide a client with a refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license and ordered him to pay $1,600 in investigative costs and ordered to restitution of $2,000 to three of her prior clients (victims).

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Byron practices his so-called brand at 1000 Shiloh Road in Plano, Texas.
